3.00 Record/ Log Sheets
When you assemble your Plan of Action manual, there are certain recordkeeping responsibilities that are required for the farm or enterprise operation. Here are examples of record sheets to satisfy various record requirements. You may already be keeping records that satisfy some of these items. By all means, if your records work for you and reflect the needed record parts, you should use them. Many organic growers already keep some of these records. If you can use these sample sheets to help you improve your records, you are most welcome to download whatever you need. Take home lesson... You cannot say that you monitor or perform a duty on a regular basis, you must be specific... you monitor on a daily or weekly basis. Your records must reflect what you say you are doing.
